Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, beginning from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned with all original components: both earbuds, the charging case, charging cable (if included), accessories, and the retail packaging/box.

  • All items must be in good condition and free from damage or signs of misuse.

  • Returns missing any components may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Process

  • Contact support@lxyi.shop to request a Return Authorization.

  • You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item and all included components are received and inspected.

  • Refunds are not issued prior to receipt of the returned product.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If the return is incomplete or products are damaged, LXYi reserves the right to return the product to you and deny the refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and purchase the new one separately.

Chargebacks

Customers agree that initiating a chargeback without completing the return process is a breach of these Terms. All chargebacks will be contested using this documented policy and transaction records.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers may cancel within 14 days. Products must still be returned with all parts, packaging, and accessories intact.

LXYi Sleep Sounds (Digital Content)

Digital sound files are licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable license. Files may not be redistributed, shared, or resold.

Email Marketing & Privacy

By providing your email, you consent to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates). If you opt in, you also consent to promotional emails, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. Customer data is never sold and is only used for order processing, service updates, or opted-in marketing.
